8. Business Plan & Custom Project Structure
Clients engaging DOT IT Services for comprehensive business strategy development, financial modeling, e-commerce storefronts, or tailored enterprise systems are subject to our structured milestone framework:
Includes an initial 30-minute Discovery Call to assess requirements, followed by a 15-minute Technical Setup Session once assets are assembled.
Clients receive 3 distinct design templates to select from. Revisions are not included under discounted promotional tiers, but are fully supported on custom and bespoke plans.

9. Payment, 7-Day Refund Policy & Cancellation

If we fail to deliver by the agreed technical deadline, or if the client is unsatisfied prior to selecting a primary theme/design template, a refund request will be reviewed and processed swiftly.
Payment Terms: Full or scheduled milestone advance payment is required prior to project commencement. Payments are securely made through authorized company payment gateways in USD, GBP, or approved corporate bank transfers.
Termination: Either party may terminate a long-term enterprise service agreement upon 30 days' written notice. In such circumstances, the client will pay for all professional services rendered up to the effective termination date.
